The Milwaukee Bucks are becoming known around the NBA as the cardiac kids. Over the past week no other team in the league has been involved in more games decided by five points or less. Last night’s 110-107 win made it six in a row for Milwaukee.
Monta Ellis threw up a spinning heave off one foot with .3 left on the clock Wednesday to sink the Houston Rockets. The Bucks guard finished with 27 points, 13 assists and six steals.
Ersan Ilyasova added 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Mike Dunleavy chipped in 16 points and six boards for Milwaukee. The win draws Wisconsin’s NBA team back to .500 on the season (28-28).
