
Sturgeon Bay had seven different swimmers that finished first or second in at least one event Tuesday against Division 1 Green Bay United. The Clippers lost the dual 114-56 but performed extremely well against a larger program, according to swim coach Tony Smith.
Trevor Smith was the Clippers' top finisher. He finished first in the 200 free, 500 free, and was a part of second place finishing 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays.
The 200 meter medley relay team also included Will Hartman, Nate Danz and Doug Foss. The 200 meter freestyle relay team also consisted of Lance Martens, Christian Foss and Will Hartman. The final second place finishing relay was the 400 Freestyle relay including Doug Foss, Garrett Sowl, Nate Danz and Trevor Smith.
Doug Foss also earned a silver finish in the 100 Backstroke.
