Former Packerland Conference foe Denmark reminded Southern Door fans how nice it is to have the Vikings out of the conference last night when they crushed the Eagles 63-45 in boys basketball. Drew Klaubauf's 11 and Mitchell Neubauer and Austin Rohe's 10 points apiece led the way for Southern Door.
The Eagles got out of the gate poorly, trailing 20-10 after the first quarter. They won the second quarter with stout defense 11-9 but came out of the locker room in the third quarter a little flat too.
Southern Door next plays Green Bay Southwest Thursday night.
