Little Sturgeon Walleyes For Tomorrow Tournament

Walleyes For Tomorrow Tournament organizers were extremely happy with the event over the weekend in Little Sturgeon. Ice anglers competed for the biggest fish in categories ranging from walleye to whitefish and perch to northern.

According to Dennis Anschutz the top two northern caught were unbelievable. Anschutz said he has never seen such big pike taken through the ice. The top two sizes were 19.5 and 19.25 inches in length.

The 29 inch - 10.06 pound walleye pictured above was good enough for second place. The walleye was caught by Cody Harvey of Wisconsin Rapids.

Congratulations to all the winners and tournament organizers for the successful event.
