Coach Tod Maas is 10 for 10 in regional final matches in his ten-year coaching career. Owen Stevenson opened up the scoring in the game on a Ben Luders assist in the eighth minute. Stevenson scored two goals in the win. DJ Reichel and Dylan Burke scored the next two Clippers goals from defensive positions. Eli Dietzel and Carson Dvorak also got in on the goal scoring for Sturgeon Bay. Adison Benzinger had an assist on Stevenson’s second goal.
Next up is a sectional semi-final Thursday night from Kohler. Pre-match on 103.3 will begin at 6:30 PM with the opening tap at 7:00 PM.
