By Brett Kinnard The Milwaukee Brewers beat the St. Louis Cardinals yesterday 12-4. Gio Gonzalez started on the bump and went four innings of three-run baseball. Taylor Williams would eventually come in relief to pick up his first win of the season. The Brewers were easily able to get some run support across in this game. Ryan Braun launched two bombs in the game to give Milwaukee a cushy lead. NL MVP candidate, Christian Yelich, had six RBI’s in the game. Including a bomb to finish out the game. Milwaukee now sits a half game back in the division. They have four games to go on the season as they just surpassed 91 wins. First pitch will be thrown out at 6:00 tonight with Jhoulys Chacin taking the mound. It will be an exciting finish for Brewer baseball!
