By Brett Kinnard The Milwaukee Brewers beat the Chicago Cubs last night 5-1. Chase Anderson started on the bump for Milwaukee and went four innings strong with no earned runs. Josh Hader would come in relief and strike out the side.
It was the Curtis Granderson show at Wrigley. He hit a solo shot late in the game and had a very clutch triple that would eventually bring in a run. It was an intense showdown against division rivals.
Milwaukee now sits one game back in the division with 15 games left this season. They have a day off today before taking on the Pirates in a weekend series starting on Friday.
