By Brett Kinnard The Milwaukee Brewers beat the Los Angeles Dodgers last night 5-2. Freddy Peralta started on the bump and went four innings only giving up one run. The game was delayed after the first inning due to a power outage. Josh Hader would come in relief and pick up his third win of the year.
Travis Shaw had a big night at the plate racking up three hits to go along with one RBI in the first inning. Eric Thames made the difference in this one with a three-run jack in the third inning to put Milwaukee up for good.
The Brewers will now continue their series against the Dodgers on Tuesday. Wade Miley will have his name called in the rotation. First pitch will be thrown out at 9:10.
