Even as anglers battle less than ideal conditions, king salmon are still being reeled in during the Kewaunee/Door Salmon Tournament. The new leader is Jarod Kroll of Shawano, who tipped the scales with his 27.88 pounder near Baileys Harbor early Monday morning. Thirteen-year-old Jacob Reinke also brought in a king of his own to Baileys Harbor with a salmon weighing in at 26.18 pounds. Both fish would have topped the leaderboard for the past weekend. The K/D Salmon Tournament ends Sunday with tickets still available at participating businesses.
