No salmon in excess of 30 pounds have been caught yet, but there have been plenty of great fish caught so far in this year’s Kewaunee-Door Salmon Tournament. Seven fish over 20 pounds were caught on day two of the annual tournament, with the leader being a 25.95 pound salmon caught by Paul Degenais off the coast of Rock Island. After two rocky days on the water, anglers are expected to be aided by this week’s better weather and full moon. The K-D Salmon Tournament ends June 29.
