By Nick Freimuth The American League continued their dominance over the National League in the MLB All-Star Game Tuesday. An 8-6 ten-inning affair was highlighted by ten total home runs. Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich accounted for one of those home runs. Milwaukee’s other two position players Lorenzo Cain and Jesus Aguilar did not get a hit in their five combined at bats.
The Brewers made headlines for all the wrong reasons during the game with their pitching staff. Reliever Josh Hader’s social media posts filled with derogatory comments surfaced from seven years ago and made for super negative publicity.
