By Brett Kinnard The Milwaukee Brewers lost to the Miami Marlins in 12 innings on Thursday night. Freddy Peralta started on the bump for Milwaukee and had a tougher time getting outs. He ended up going nearly four innings allowing three earned runs before turning it over to the bullpen.
The Brewers were down 4-2 after the sixth inning. In the eighth inning, with two men on, Jesus Aguilar came in clutch once again with a double to bring in two runs and tie the game up. Eventually Milwaukee would fall in extra innings once again to the Marlins.
The Brewers will now travel out to Pittsburg for a five game set before the all-star break. Their first game will be Thursday at 6:05. Wade Miley will take the bump for Milwaukee.
