Three days after being no-hit by Sevastopol, Gibraltar was firing on all cylinders as the Vikings defeated Algoma 11-1 in 5 innings. The first inning looked like it would be a defensive struggle, with each team having its first three batters retired. Gibraltar would score multiple runs in every inning, including four straight eight batter innings. Offensively, the Vikings were lead by Ben Johnson, Andras Szakala, and Brandon Stillman who each had two hits, in a game where every Viking reached base safely at least once. Alex Laughlin dazzled on the mound for Gibraltar, allowing 1 earned run on 2 hits, with 8 strikeouts. For Algoma, Bryce Duerst had a double and scored a run, driven in by a Trevor Nell single.
