Elmer Harvey Schulz, 92 of Eau Claire died on March 10, 2018 at Dove Health Care, West. He was born on October 6, 1925 in Chicago, IL to Ernst and Amanda (Grunwald) Schulz.
Elmer served in the Army Air Force during WWII and was awarded a citation for Meritious service by the State of Illinois and was honorably discharged in 1946. He was Member of American legion Post 768 Chicago IL. Elmer. He married Betty Miller in 1945 and she passed away in 1963. He worked for United States Railroad. He was a member of the Round Lake Village Police Department. Elmer married Eleanor Martin in Round Lake, IL in 1966. He worked at Pensula State Park golf course as a ranger in his retirement. Elmer enjoyed fishing and puzzles.
He is survived by his children: Linda Schulz, Gurnee IL, Patricia (Kevin) Johnson Chippewa Falls, WI and Robert Schulz, Waupaca, WI; grandchildren, a great granddaughter and a great great grandson.
Elmer is preceded in death by his wife Betty, His second Wife Eleanor and his brother Ralph.
Burial will be held at a later date in Baileys Harbor Cemetery.
