Saturday’s WIAA girls’ state tournament championship games are set following Thursday and Friday’s semi-final games. Starting the day will be the three-point shooting contest with the best two three-point shooters in each division. The Division 5 State Championship is the first game, slated for 11:05 am with Black Hawk squaring off against Bangor. Following this game, Division 4 takes the stage with two undefeated teams, Aquinas and Melrose-Mindoro, battling for the gold ball. Division 3 will be Amherst vs. Marshall to round out the session. At 6:30 Division 2 takes the floor, with New Berlin Eisenhower battling with Beaver Dam. To round out the day Appleton North looks to defend the Division 1 title against Mukwonago.
