A long-running event in Kewaunee returns this weekend to make a positive impact on 26 different local organizations. The Kewaunee Young People’s Theater’s “Hooray for Hollywood” production will feature three nights of close to 20 short skits performed and produced by local actors and residents. Kevin Dax from the Kewaunee Young People’s Theater says while it is a lot of work, it is made easier through the support they get from local businesses and community members.
Last year’s “Hooray for Hollywood” production raised $45,000 for local Kewaunee County groups. You can still buy tickets for this year’s Friday and Sunday night shows. You can find more information about the event online with this story.
