The Kewaunee High Schoolboys soccer program has made some major strides in the past five years and has now become a contender in the Packerland Conference. A 2-0 shutout of Menasha St. Mary's was proof last night. Alex Prucha and Zach Townsend each scored for Kewaunee as goalie Turner Main kept the goose egg intact on the scoreboard for Menasha St. Mary’s. Main turned away 12 shots on the night.
Algoma stayed with Wrightstown last night but time eventually ran out. The Tigers wee 2-1 winners despite a pin point penalty kick by Dakota Berg. The Wolves played inspired on defense to keep themselves in the game.
