The Milwaukee Bucks had a chance to climb within one game of the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference Playoffs with a win Wednesday night. Wisconsin’s NBA franchise folded under the pressure against the Atlanta Hawks and fell 98-90 on the road Wednesday.
The Bucks shot just over 32 percent during the first three quarters. Their poor shooting did get better in the fourth quarter. That’s when Milwaukee guard Brandon Jennings scored eight of his 21 points.
The Bucks (34-33), who are well ahead of the 76ers (26-40) for the No. 8 playoff spot in the East, lost ground to Chicago (36-30) and Boston (36-31).
