The Badgers men's basketball team led the entire first half and most of the second but lost in overtime to the Minnesota Golden Gophers last night 58-53. After cracking into the top 25 for the first time since November, UW lost its first game as a nationally ranked team and will likely fall back out of the top 25 next week with the loss Thursday.
Wisconsin's third straight overtime game was their first loss in OT this season. Austin Hollins scored a game high 21 points including the go-ahead three-pointer in OT.
Sam Decker scored 14 points and Ben Brust added 11 for the Badgers.
