The number of Green Bay Packers players that did not participate in practice yesterday was the lowest of the entire season, including training camp and pre-season. Just two Green Bay players were not able to go because of injury.
The first is rookie defensive lineman Jerel Worthy. Coach Mike McCarthy said in Wednesday's press conference that Worthy's season is over after suffering a knee injury against the Vikings last Sunday. McCarthy said, " We’re not going to do anything today with Worthy’s roster spot, but that’s an ongoing conversation."
The other player held out Wednesday was wide receiver Jarrett Boykin. His ankle injury from the regular season finale McCarthy said "is not as severe as originally thought. It’s going to take a little while for Boykin’s ankle to clear itself up."
Here is a look at the rest of the injured Packers and Vikings players heading into Wild Card weekend.
