The Pac-12 champion Stanford Cardinal will square off with the Big Ten Champion Wisconsin Badgers today in the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Stanford (11-2) and the Badgers (8-5) are both considered physical teams so this matchup sets up nicely for one of the nation's premiere bowl games.
In what they call "The Granddaddy Of Them All," the Cardinal will rely mostly on senior Stepfan Taylor. Wisconsin uses a three-headed monster led by senior Montee Ball. The trio also features junior James White and redshirt freshman Melvin Gordon.
The unranked Badgers are a major underdog against the number six ranked Stanford squad. The game will kick off at 4:00 PM.
