Sturgeon Bay Wrestling Gains Experience At Willard Schmidt Scramble

Sturgeon Bay wrestled some great competition ovr the weekend at the Willard Schmidt Scramble. At 120 pounds, the Clippers crowned a champion in Noah Giese. His 4-3 decision was the closest of the championship matches. He beat Tucker Peterson of Eau Claire Memorial in the final.

Other Sturgeon Bay wrestlers that finished extremely well included Mike Wiegand who finished third in his weight class. Cole Nebel and Colt Knutson each finished fifth at the Green Bay Preble wrestling tournament.

Chilton won the 17 team Willard Schmidt Scramble.
