A 61-yard touchdown from Aaron Rodgers to Jordy Nelson in the first quarter was about the only highlight for the Green Bay Packers Sunday night in a 38-10 loss to the Giants. Yesterday's loss was eerily similar to the playoff game between the Giants and Packers a season ago.
Eli Manning and a collapsing Giants defensive line gave it to the green and gold in every facet of the game. Many players said the team lacked emotion Sunday night. Others including Rodgers said he hopes the team remembers this feeling.
The loss drops Green Bay to (7-4) a game back of the Chicago Bears who sit at (8-3) after a convincing win over the Vikings Sunday.
The Packers have a week to recover before welcoming the Vikings to Lambeau Field Sunday.
