The Luxemburg-Casco boys and girls cross-country teams fared extremely well in the Bay Conference meet last night. Each team finished second. The boys were eight places behind Oconto Falls while the girls were one point behind Hortonville.
Kyle Sampo was the top finisher for L-C. His fifth place time was 17:02.02. L-C also claimed ninth and tenth place with solid runs by Shane Peronto and Dean McGuire.
Breanna Suess was five seconds off the pace of the best girl's time at the meet (15:21.13). Teammate Lisa Baeten finished sixth with a time of 15:33.97.
