Packers' Graham Harrell And Van Roten Impress Sturgeon Bay Crowd

Week one of the "Witt Ford Red Zone With Graham Harrell" was far more than Packers fans expected. Packers' offensive lineman Greg Van Roten joined quarterback Graham Harrell in Sturgeon Bay as the first two guests of the Door County sports talk show.
We got to meet both players and learn a little about their career accomplishments in high school, college and the pro's. After answering a number of questions from our live studio audience at Witt Ford in Sturgeon Bay, the two players stayed after until every fan had autographs and photos taken with them.
Each week Witt Ford will be giving away an officially licensed football signed by the week's Packers guests. Phil Wipple of Sturgeon Bay was our winner last night.
The number one comment heard after the show was, "Wow what awesome guys!" Taking time to talk with their fans and posing for pictures with fans of all ages made week one a major success.
The Sturgeon Bay Clipper Football Team was also voted the WRLU Team of the Week for their 27-3 win over Southern Door last Friday. Coaches Greg Freiherr and John Rosenthal were excited about the honor and relished in the opportunity to have Packers players exchanging advice with their young players during the show.

A big thank you goes out to Witt Ford, Wave Pointe Marina and Resort, Door County Floral, Sawyer Elementary School and the Sturgeon Bay Eighth Grade. The Eighth graders will be selling brats and burgers each week to help raise money for their class trip to Washington D.C.
Next week's guest is scheduled to be Packers tight end Ryan Taylor. Our Packers guests will appear each week from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.
