The Packers struck first in last night's 35-10 pre-season loss to the Cleveland Browns. On the opening kickoff Green Bay forced a fumble and capitalized on it three plays later when Aaron Rodgers connected with Jordy Nelson on a jump ball thrown to the corner of the end zone from 23 yards out.
It was the only touchdown the Packers offense could muster on a lackluster night at Lambeau Field. Green Bay would not score again until midway through the fourth quarter when Mason Crosby connected on a 42 yard field goal.
The Packers will next travel to Cincinnati for an early 6:00 PM kickoff next Thursday. Green Bay will enter play with an (0-2) pre-season record.
