Quietwoods RV Sales & Service hosts Powder Puff Night this weekend. The popular event showcases the ladies of Thunderhill, who will take to the track, in multiple categories. This event is always a fan favorite and looks to be no exception Saturday.
In IMCA Modifieds racing, James Tebon is still leading the pack. Not only does Tebon hold the most wins in his category, he also maintains the most wins in any category, with 5 features under his belt. Tebon will be hard to beat, holding a 23-pont lead over second place Billy Lemiux.
IMCA Stock Cars drivers have a much closer race ahead of them. With only a 9-point lead over second place Dave Bouche, Troy Muench will have to keep his momentum going as they head into Saturday night's race. Shawn Havel has been the only Stock racer this season to take multiple feature wins home with 2.
The IMCA Sports Mods' leader, Jarred Van Laanen heads into Saturday's race with a 12-point lead over Bernie Reinhardt. Reinhardt is the only driver in his class that has had multiple feature wins; driving away with 3. Randy Le Mieux Jr., Jarred Van Laanen, Dennis Miesler, Kelsey Hayes, Ryan Le Mieux and Todd Wiese each took 1 flag home.
IMCA Hobby Stock racing has been an exciting series to watch. Going into this weekend's race second-place driver Derek Moede has whittled down Tom Brumlic's 20-point lead to 13. Scott Boulanger, CJ Weckler and Travis Hackett each hold 2 features. Brittany King is the leading Rookie of the Year.
Dennis Weidner and Marcus Moede lead IMCA Street Stock racing. Weidner holds an 11-point lead over Moede, and they are tied with 1 feature win each. Todd Polster leads with 4 feature wins.
Joey Scoon holds a commanding 34-point lead over Matt Sargent in the Feisty Fours division.
