Randy Wolf struggled on the mound last night for the Milwaukee Brewers giving up four runs on nine hits in seven innings of work and the Brewers lose to the Washington Nationals 4-1.
The Washington Nationals sent Jordan Zimmerman to the mound to pitch against his home town team and Zimmerman pitched well in just six innings of work.
Zimmerman struck out six batters and and gave up five hits, with the victory Zimmerman is now (8-6) on the season.
The Nationals also played well offensively with help from Corey Brown who hit a home run in the fourth inning to help lift the Nationals.
The Brewers will look to split the series with the Nationals today when they send Mark Rogers to the mound against Gio Gonzalez.
The first pitch in that game is set for 1:10pm.
