The Bullfrogs led early in the game but were unable to hold back the Eau Claire Express and wind up losing 7-4 last night.
The Frogs were able to score right away in the second inning after a walk led to an Eau Claire error that allowed a run to score.
The Express worked slowly but methodically and were able to score three runs in the fourth inning off of two Bullfrog errors.
The Frogs offense went silent after the fifth inning and the Express took the lead in the seventh inning and never looked back.
Green Bay will try to split the series in game two of the series today in Eau Claire and the first pitch in that game is scheduled for a 3:05 start.
