Letter to the Editor - Bies Should Give Credit To DARE Officer

Has Garey Bies ever, once, given DARE Officer, Inv. Chris Neuville of the DCSD ANY credit for closing the loophole in the Providing Tobacco Products to Minors law?

It was Chris who brought this issue to everyones attention and it took literally months and numerous letters, e-mails and phone calls to get Rep. Bies to act... and then, he wanted us, through a request by his staff, to write the desired language for the proposed bill, which we did.
