Paul Lee Peterson, 76, of Fish Creek, was called to his eternal home in heaven on Saturday, June 16, 2012.
He was born on July 12, 1935 in Fish Creek, the son of Gustav and Elizabeth (Skinador) Peterson. After graduating from Gibraltar High School in 1953, he served his country in the United States Marine Corp. After his discharge, Paul was employed as a mason in the construction industry. On May 21, 1965 he married Beverly Ann Kovak in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Beverly preceded him in death on November 4, 2009.
Left to mourn his passing are his seven children, Scott Laitinen, Michelle (Randal) Leigh, Steven (Peggy) Peterson, Paul Peterson Jr., Sandra Peterson, June Czechan, and Curtis Peterson; 28 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; his brother, Richard Peterson; and his sister, Sandra Klinger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly; brother, Guy Peterson, and sisters, Eileen Belling and Janette Ballard.
At Paul’s request, a private family time will be held.

Paul died knowing the gospel. That Christ died on the cross, was buried with his sins, and rose to live with him in heaven forever.
