Darrell then joined St. Louis Parish where he served as an Usher for many years. He was past Secretary of the Catholic Order of Foresters in Luxemburg. He was a past President of the Farm Bureau of Kewaunee County. Darrell enjoyed going dancing with Arlene and playing cards on Sunday evenings with their friends!

Survivors include his wife, Arlene and their children, Barbara (Jim) Cornette, Beverly (Dennis) Dalebroux, all of Luxemburg; Betsy Jadin, New Franken; Barry (Jeanne) Jadin, Appleton, David (Julie) Dalebroux, Dan (Jeanne) Trumble, all of Luxemburg; eight grandchildren, one step-grandson, two great-grandchildren, four step-great grandchildren, one sister, Beatrice DePeau, Luxemburg, three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, Edwin DeChamps, Merle and Sylvia DeChamps, Larry (special friend Barb) DeChamps, many nieces, nephews and friends.
