Donald J. Kramer, 72, of Oconto Falls and formerly of Sturgeon Bay passed away peacefully with his family at his side on April 15, 2014, at St. Vincent Hospital Green Bay. He was born April 14, 1942 in the Town of Clay Banks to Harold and Lucille (Johnson) Kramer.
Donald sailed on the Great Lakes, he also worked as a boilermaker and security guard in the shipbuilding industry. He married June Walker in 1975 and she preceded him in death in 1991.
Survivors include his five children, Tammy Jones, Green Bay; Connie (Floyd) Hilsabeck, Oconto Falls; Julia (Pat) David, Ft. Lawn, SC; Nick (Heather) Pawelski, Brussels; Joshua (Betsy) Kramer, Kaukauna; three step-children; Valerie (Rick) Clarizio, Sturgeon Bay; Scott (Jody) Walker, Sturgeon Bay; Jeff (Holly) Walker, Luxemburg; 16 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a brother, Ron (Mary) Kramer, Sturgeon Bay; two sisters, Lois (Wayne) Swoboda, Florida; and Bev (Richard) Tesnow, Ellison Bay; nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at the Forbes Funeral Home. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of services. A Memorial fund has been established in his name.
