Philip P. Van Cleave

Philip Peter Van Cleave, age 49, of Sturgeon Bay, WI, was born on September 28, 1963, in Oak Park, IL and died on Sunday, June 16, 2013, in Sturgeon Bay.

He was a talented and hardworking man, who spent many years in the nursery industry. He grew up primarily in Miles City, MT and loved the mountains.

He will lovingly be remembered by his children, Benjamin, Jedadiah, Zachariah, Christina and Jacob; his former wife, Letha Van Cleave; his parents, David and Donna Van Cleave; his sisters Theresa (and Jim) Maness, Michele (and Steve) Randolph; his brother, Alan (and Vonnie) Van Cleave; his dear friend, Peggy McDowell and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay on Thursday, June 20, at 12:00 p.m. A time of visitation for the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. On line condolences may be offered at www.forbesfuneralhome.com.
