In local business news, Bank of Luxemburg Information Technology Director Joel Williquette has been promoted to vice president of IT at the bank.
Williquette served as IT director for three and a half years. As vice president of IT, some of his additional responsibilities will include overseeing the information technology budget, vendor/contract negotiations, and security and disaster recovery.
"I'm very excited to continue to serve Bank of Luxemburg, its employees, its customers, and the surrounding communities," says Williquette. "Bank of Luxemburg in particular has a real dedication to technology and their customers, which makes it a really wonderful place to work."
Williquette holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT Management with a minor in Business Administration from UW-Green Bay, where he's currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business.
