The National Weather Service has posted a winter storm warning for a good part of Wisconsin, including Door and Kewaunee Counties, for heavy snow and blowing snow.
The warning is in effect from 12 a.m. Wednesday to 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Forecasters say snow is expected to move into the region late Tuesday night and continue on Wednesday. The snow may be heavy at times, especially Wednesday morning.
Snowfall accumulations of 5 to 9 inches are expected by Wednesday evening. Gusty north to northwest winds could also cause significant blowing and drifting snow.
