A 23-year-old Kentucky man accused of shooting in the direction of another man during a dispute in Sister Bay is scheduled to be sentenced Friday in Door County.
William Mosgrove of Bardstown, Kentucky reached a plea agreement with prosecutors November 15, pleading no contest to six misdemeanor charges and having a felony charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety dismissed.
The charges stemmed from an early morning incident June 19 near Husby's where authorities say Mosgrove got into an argument with another man and allegedly pointed a gun at him and fired a shot into the ground in his direction.
Mosgrove will be sentenced by Door County Judge Todd Ehlers.
