With Christmas approaching fast, many students at Sturgeon Bay High School are reflecting over their past years and different memories that they have shared.
Junior Mackenzie Roberts loves Christmas because of the rich family traditions that are celebrated every year.
Other traditions that other students celebrate are leaving eggnog and cookies for Santa, Christmas Eve church services, Christmas movies, and making gingerbread houses.
When asked if he had a favorite gift that he's received, junior Kyle Hubbard says that it’s a hard decision but if he had to pick one, there is one gift that does stand out.
Some other gifts that students say were their favorites were pets, electronics (iPod, computer, etc.), clothes, and childhood toys.
Senior Abby Grahl’s approach to Christmas is that it’s “magical.” She also says “even if you are having a hard time ... on Christmas you can celebrate.”
