Winter outdoor enthusiasts flocked to the Elementary Gym at Sevastopol School Saturday to score deals on skis, snowboards, boots and other winter gear at the annual Ski Swap.
Many took advantage of the waxing service provided the Door County Silent Sports Alliance.
That's Casey St. Henry, who was busy waxing snowboards and skis alongside Ron Maloney.
When we stopped by Casey told us it was mostly snowboards getting the wax treatment.
Casey says the weekend snowfall is hopefully a precursor of things to come.
"It was quite hopeful to see the little dusting that we had (Saturday) morning and hopefully coming up soon we get more snow than rain," said Casey.
Fifteen percent of the proceeds from Saturday's ski swap go to the Sevastopol Outdoor Physical Education Program.
