The body of a 67-year-old Algoma woman was found inside a submerged car Saturday at a Sturgeon Bay marina.
A passerby called police Saturday morning after spotting the submerged vehicle at the Quarterdeck Marina boat launch.
Lt. Clint Henry of the Sturgeon Bay Police Department says no foul play is suspected. He says the woman was on her way to pick up her husband from the hospital Friday but never arrived.
Henry says it's possible the woman got lost and took a wrong turn or was affected by a medical condition.
He says autopsy results released Monday show drowning was the cause of death.
The woman's name has not been released.
