Sturgeon Bay Students Learn About Presidential Election

Over the past year, students at Sturgeon Bay High School have been learning about the upcoming presidential election between Democrat Barack Obama and Republican Mitt Romney.

Senior Wynnie Maravilla says although she won't be old enough to vote November 6, the current election is teaching her a lot about politics but the ads are starting to get a bit repetitive.

Wynnie also says that it’s important for teenagers to start learning about politics now because it will affect their lives in the future.

We also spoke with other students who say they understand the importance of the election and are anticipating the outcome but are having difficulty getting useful information about the candidates.
