Ground Broken On New Auto Parts Store

A couple of notes regarding some new businesses coming to Egg Harbor Road in Sturgeon Bay:

--Ground has been broken on a new auto parts store. O'Reilly Auto Parts is going in near the vacant Warner Wholesale building.

--In the coming week the city is scheduled to close on the sale of land to United Development for a new Maurices store to be located next to Neighborhood Pub & Grill. Community Development Director Marty Olejniczak says United will build an approximately 8,000 square foot building for Maurices and two other smaller tenants. Those tenants have yet to be named. Olejniczak says construction is slated to begin this year and Maurices expects to open in early 2013.
