Bond will remain at $150,000 for the 30-year-old Sturgeon Bay man accused of using his vehicle to run down a woman during an altercation on West Oak Street.
Kemoni Garner made his initial appearance Monday in Door County Court. He faces a total of eight felony charges in connection with the June 23 incident, including first-degree attempted homicide. Garner's attorney requested his client's bail be reduced but that request was denied by Judge Peter Diltz.
Some of the other charges Garner faces include substantial battery, hit and run involving great bodily harm, eluding an officer, and bail jumping.
