
There are two notable court appearances in Door County Friday.
-The Sturgeon Bay man facing felony arson charges in two recent fires is scheduled to make his initial appearance. Kaleb Chaudoir, 21, is accused of setting fires at both Otumba Park and St. Peter's Church in the early morning hours of June 9. Chaudoir is free on a $750 cash bond.
-The 22-year-old Kentucky man facing charges in connection with an altercation in Sister Bay also is set to make his initial court appearance. William Mosgrove, who's listed in online court records as having a Sturgeon Bay address, is accused of firing a gun during the June 17 incident. Mosgrove faces a total of seven charges, including a felony count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
Both cases are being heard by Door County Judge Todd Ehlers.
