4th Ave Opens To Traffic

Lines are painted, barricades have been moved aside, and traffic has once again been allowed on 4th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay. The three-block stretch between Michigan Street and Jefferson Street has been undergoing extensive reconstruction the last several weeks. The entire project isn't done but 4th Avenue did reopen to traffic Monday. And just a reminder: it's now a two-way street.
