Door County YMCA Bringing Jamaica to The Peninsula for Teens Tonight

Teens can take part in a Jamaican Beach Bash tonight at Martin Park in Sturgeon Bay. The Caribbean themed shindig starts off a series of summer teen events for the Door County YMCA.

Youth Development Director Julie Wilson says teens can kick off the summer with a lot of fun and unique activities at Bring Jamaica to the Peninsula.

The event will also feature music and dancing with a live DJ.

Wilson emphasizes that the free event is for all teens in the area, whether from the peninsula or just visiting.

Bring Jamaica to the Peninsula is for anyone entering grades 9 through 12. The event runs from 6 – 10 PM.
