Twenty million people in the United States practice yoga and while Shannon Cole of Shannon’s Fitness does not train twenty million people she has been training many people about yoga.
Cole explains that through yoga many can learn a lot about themselves.
Cole says that there are many benefits to yoga and that one of the big advantages to doing yoga over some of the more traditional exercise programs is that anyone can participate in a yoga class.
Cole has been teaching yoga now for 3 years and she teaches to people of all ages and ability. Cole says the important thing with yoga is that it is important to do what’s right for your body and listen to your body while practicing yoga.
