Seaquist Orchard, one of the largest fruit producers in Wisconsin, recently completed a new production facility at their headquarters just outside of Sister Bay. Looking to consolidate their many production services, Dale and Kristen Seaquist decided to bring a large portion of production together under one roof. Previous facilities stretched across the peninsula; costing time and money the Seaquist family felt could be allocated to other things.

Dale Seaquist explains two of the processes that will most efficiently be achieved with the new building…

The roughly 12,000 square foot building will house everything from a large-scale cider press, a canning and preserves facility and lots of storage space for both refrigerated and room-temperature products. The front of the building even offers windows for visitors to take a peek inside and see how their favorite products are made.

Seaquist Orchards has been an institution in the Door County community for years. With the new, streamlined production facility and their award-winning products, they are working to ensure the business is here for more to come.
