Insurance company investigators should soon be finished with their probing of the former Harbor Place Shoppes in Sturgeon Bay which will allow the burned-out building to be demolished. That’s according to Fire Chief Tim Herlache.
The fire early on the morning of July 1st destroyed the Steel Bridge Café, the Ranly Maritime Gallery and other businesses.
Herlache also says insurance investigators are looking at the three boats that burned last week at the Quarterdeck Marina.
Neither blaze was ruled suspicious by fire department investigators.
