On Friday Governor Walker signed several bills regulating voting in Wisconsin that will go into effect with the August statewide primary elections.
One new law eliminates absentee voting on weekends. Another tightens up voter registration rules.
Jay Heck of Common Cause Wisconsin says it seems these new laws are fixing problems that never existed.
There is also still a chance the Governor may call the legislature into special session to pass a voter photo ID bill before the November election.
